Set out below are the terms on which Epilio (Pty) Ltd provides services to its clients.

REFUND POLICY Epilio’s Skin and Laser packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not refund product purchases for change of mind, please choose carefully.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on any treatments received or products used. However, if you change your mind about a purchased treatment within 14 days and no sessions have been redeemed, we are happy to exchange it for another treatment or offer you a credit note.


Vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift vouchers must be presented in order to be redeemed.

Our cancellation policy also applies to Vouchers. Clients who do not provide 24 hours notice of their cancellation will forfeit 50% of the treatment total and the full cost in case of no show.


We reserve the right to alter prices without further notice. Treatment prices may vary from client to client based on their individual treatment needs and personalized treatment packages purchased.


A session will be redeemed or a charge will be applicable for candidates who do not provide at least 48 to 24 hours’ notice. Depending on whether you are on a course of treatments or purchasing a single session:

• If you give at least 24 hours’ notice no penalty will be incurred

• If you cancel less than 24 hours or do not show up for your booked appointment, then your session will be forfeited.


It is not always possible for us to accommodate appointments when delayed in which case your appointment time may have to be shortened or rescheduled. We will always try to accommodate last minute changes if we can, however this is only if the appointment is available for a later time slot. Please be advised any lateness may mean the treatment has to be rescheduled if staff members do not feel they can perform the treatment in full.


Epilio (Pty) Ltd will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she provides us with all relevant information prior to each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage or injury that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all aftercare instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Epilio (Pty) Ltd.


We are committed to providing the best possible service however there may be instances when you feel this has not been the case please submit a complaint either verbally, by telephone or in writing to info@epilio.co.za we will revert promptly.
